Job Role

The Sr. Manager, Operations is a strategic cross-functional leader reporting to the Director of Engineering, ERP Platform & Integration. The role spans BASIS, Integration, and Cloud/Platform engineering verticals, driving operational excellence, system reliability, and cross-domain alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives across Platform, BASIS, and Integration.
  • Manage contractor teams and vendor coordination for operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce environment management standards and release controls.
  • Ensure timely application of system patches and security updates.
  • Establish new operational processes for a newly formed company.
  • Collaborate with TPMs, PMO, and security teams for compliance and governance.
  • Provide clear operational reporting and executive decision support.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise IT operations with SAP/ERP background, strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR.

Work Arrangement & Benefits
