Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, Operations reports directly to the Director of Engineering, ERP Platform & Integration and spans BASIS, Integration, and Cloud/Platform verticals. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, system reliability, and cross-domain alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage contractors, and optimize resource needs.
- Program & Process Management: Establish new operational workflows, support Day 1 readiness and post-launch stabilization.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR; maintain operational documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between teams, manage vendor SLAs, and support executive reporting.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise IT operations, preferably in SAP/ERP environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and visualization tools.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and operational governance.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence a minimum of three days per week. The role may transition to Versant following the spin-off expected in 2025.
