Job Description
The Product Analyst role is a key position within the Operations and Technology organization as part of the multi-year S4 transformation journey. Reporting under Project Keystone, you will work closely with the project team to implement data governance and manage the data conversion to SAP S/4 HANA from legacy systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive next-gen S/4 data strategy for governance, integrity and quality improvement
- Establish future state business requirements for data relevancy, cleansing, and mapping
- Partner with business and system integrators to plan detailed data conversion projects
- Gather and analyze large volumes of data, deriving actionable insights
- Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed
- Present data concisely to support data-driven decision making
- Manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of SAP experience as a business analyst
- Expertise in data governance, shared services structures, and data quality management
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and functional specification development
- Strong communicator with effective project management skills
- Nice to have: Experience with ETL tools (SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC) and leadership in mock loads/data validation cycles
