Job Overview
This Manager of Workplace Product role is a rare opportunity to define the future of the workplace. You will lead a team of three Product Managers to develop products that blend digital and physical spaces, crafting experiences that transform Versant's new headquarters into a destination for employees and guests.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for workplace experiences.
- Manage products spanning digital signage, wayfinding, IoT devices, and VR.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and align product vision using soft power.
- Guide team through build-versus-buy decisions across the employee journey.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure success with KPIs.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management with a strong digital product background.
- Proven lifecycle management experience and effective communication skills.
- Expert in Agile methodologies and data-driven product strategy.
- Experience with smart building technology and hardware/software integration.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent mentorship capabilities.
Work Arrangement & Benefits
This hybrid position requires presence in the office at least three days per week at one of our hubs: Englewood Cliffs, NJ, New York, NY, or Universal City, LA. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.
