Job Description

The Media Group at NBCU supports a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands including Peacock, NBC, Bravo, NBC Sports, and NBCU International. This position is part of the Product Analytics & Experimentation team, supporting a data driven and results focused product organization at the intersection of product analytics, data science, product development, and business understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Manager to optimize acquisition product experiences.
  • Execute an analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce Product & Growth.
  • Integrate new key data sources into existing platforms.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines in Databricks.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, empathy, and analytical rigor.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in analytics engineering and product analytics (Databricks, BigQuery, etc.).
  • 4+ years in acquisition, subscriptions, DTC or media entertainment analysis.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience with dimensional modeling, large time series datasets and data collection design.

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week in office.
  • Company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and more.
  • Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
  • Potential in-person interview required at an NBCUniversal location.
