Role Overview - Systems Administrator, Operations
You will be the main point of contact for end-user support incidents. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining Linux, OSX, and Windows desktops/laptops, and collaborating with engineering teams on infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for studio operations.
- Advocate for clients across technology departments.
- Work with System Engineers and Architects on projects.
- Manage system installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
- Create automation tools to improve department efficiencies.
- Oversee software license management and user account creation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years experience supporting UNIX/Linux and/or Windows environments; strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with LAN/WAN configurations and common scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Perl) is required.
Desired Criteria
- Experience with Gmail and Google Suite support.
- Proven track record in a production environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and learn quickly in dynamic settings.
