Job Overview
The Senior UX Researcher will join the Data, Insights and Strategic Analytics team to drive user research initiatives across Fandango products and platforms. Collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts, you will generate actionable insights and shape the future of digital consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research projects from study design to presentation of findings.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product direction and measure impact.
- Advocate for the user and champion evidence-based decision-making.
- Drive and manage a user research roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving research methodologies.
- Manage research vendors and external partners when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HCDE, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 7+ years' UX research experience in digital consumer products.
- Proven research portfolio with both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in agile product environments and with executive leadership.
- Strong quantitative analysis and statistical skills.
Additional Information
This hybrid role requires presence in the office at least three days a week.
