Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst, Order to Cash plays a key role in executing Versant’s global Order to Cash operations. Reporting to the O2C Manager, the role involves supporting customer setup, billing, collections, credit validation, and cash application across revenue streams such as Ad Sales, Content Distribution, Digital, D2C, and Events.

• Process customer setup, contract validation, invoice generation, and follow-ups.
• Apply customer payments and perform cash application activities within defined SLA timelines.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and inter-company accounting entries.
• Maintain system records using SAP, Salesforce, Medea, and Operative One.
• Track KPIs, analyze errors, and support process improvements.

Standards and Controls

Ensure compliance with billing, collections, and credit policies. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal controls testing and audit requests.

Performance & Collaboration

Prepare performance reports and monitor Order to Cash KPIs. Collaborate with Controllership, Finance, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and international teams in Manila and Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or O2C operations.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and billing platforms such as Medea.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Information
