Job Description
The Production Assistant Internship for the Bay Area will support day-to-day content production on both on-air and digital platforms. Interns will assist with tasks such as screening and logging media, researching for graphics, supporting Associate Producers in editing, and preparing scripts and programming information.
Responsibilities
- Screen and log games, press conferences, interviews, and taped programs.
- Research and create on-air graphics and assist ticker operators.
- Support Associate Producers in edit rooms.
- Assist with pregame/postgame programming production.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute programming information and scripts.
- Procure external footage as required and support additional operations tasks.
Qualifications
Interns must be enrolled in a degree program as a sophomore or above, available for 16-24 hours per week from September 2025 through April 2026, and willing to work on-site in San Francisco, CA. A cumulative GPA of 3.0, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and strong interest in sports media are desired, with bilingual Spanish skills being a plus.
Additional Information
This internship is full-time at the San Francisco office for the duration of the program. Applicants must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States and be at least 18 years old. External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview.
