Job Description
The Manager, Content Accounting - TV Networks is responsible for key operational controllership processes related to participations and residuals. This includes production of participant statements, timely processing of payments, and managing audit procedures.
- Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure transactions adhere to GAAP and SOX controls.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and IT teams for reporting enhancements.
- Participate in month-end closing and financial statement reviews.
- Mentor staff while supporting internal and external audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years of experience, and a CPA certification are required. A strong understanding of financial accounting standards and internal control processes is essential.
