Job Description

The Universal Television Entertainment Group (UTEG) is seeking a brand strategist to join its Marketing Strategy team as the Manager, Marketing Strategy. You will work closely with the Vice President, Marketing Strategy to advance the evolution of the Peacock brand and strategic initiatives for priority Bravo titles. Your role will involve articulating brand vision, positioning, and strategic guardrails, translating them into actionable direction for title strategies, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support the development of marketing strategies for flagship titles and franchises, leveraging data and insights to drive audience awareness, tune-in, and engagement. Additionally, you will evaluate creative concepts and campaign assets to ensure alignment with brand strategy while tracking key performance indicators and brand health metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support evolution of streaming brand strategy for Peacock.
  • Leverage data and insights to develop title marketing strategies.
  • Create strategic briefs linking marketing efforts to business vitals.
  • Collaborate with analytics and content teams to track campaign performance.
  • Ensure creative assets align with brand positioning.
  • Represent Peacock’s brand strategy across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in consumer and/or entertainment marketing strategy with strong skills in visual storytelling, writing, presentation (Keynote for Mac), data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. A proactive approach, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

Additional Information
