Job Description

The Media Group at NBCUniversal supports a suite of consumer-first brands including Peacock, NBC, Bravo, NBC Sports, and NBCU International. Within the Product Analytics & Experimentation team, the Lead, Commerce & Growth Product Analytics role supports a data-driven product organization by bridging product analytics, data science, product development, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics on acquisition product improvements.
  • Execute an analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce Product & Growth teams.
  • Integrate new critical data sources into existing platforms.
  • Develop reliable, high-performance data pipelines in Databricks with Data Engineering.
  • Foster a team culture of inclusion, analytical rigor, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in analytics engineering and product analytics stack (Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, Airflow, dbt, Github).
  • 4+ years in acquisition, subscriptions, direct to consumer, or media entertainment analytics.
  • Proficiency in dimensional modeling and designing datasets, particularly in Databricks.
  • Advanced SQL skills for analytics with Python or R.
  • Experience with large time series datasets and defining data collection requirements.

Additional Requirements

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. It is eligible for company-sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various perks.

Salary

Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
