Position Overview

Nayax, a global fintech leader listed on NASDAQ and TASE, is seeking a Temporary Risk Coordinator. In this role, you will safeguard operations by monitoring transactions, managing flagged cases, and ensuring global compliance. This temporary position is a maternity leave replacement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor transactions and review flagged cases for potential risks.
  • Conduct customer verification processes and communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and clarify case information.
  • Escalate cases following established protocols.
  • Manage the chargeback process with Nayax merchants.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience as a Data, Risk, or Payments Analyst.
  • Experience in transaction monitoring and the financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
