Your Responsibilities

• Turn concepts into shippable tickets by drafting PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a clean backlog, and running grooming and sprint rituals.
• Instrument & analyze data by defining event tracking, building lightweight dashboards, and monitoring experiments.
• Support vendor & integration by coordinating with underwriting, KYC, payment/acquiring, and data vendors, tracking timelines, and resolving issues.
• Own UAT & QA processes by creating test plans for new flows across multiple finance and compliance operations.
• Ensure compliance-ready operations with up-to-date product documents and audit evidence collection.
• Enable customer & GTM teams by drafting release notes, guides, and ROI calculators while triaging feedback.
• Handle day-to-day product operations to unblock engineering, chase decisions, and remove ambiguity.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2-4 years of experience in product management, product ops, or software development, ideally in fintech, payments, or banking sectors.
• Comfortable with writing PRDs, mapping flows, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Basic SQL or strong spreadsheet skills with a focus on data cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders synced and blockers visible.
• Bias for action with a track record of finishing tasks and shipping products.
• Self-discipline and responsibility with an understanding of global and local regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to payments, embedded finance, eKYC/AML, or lending workflows.
• Familiarity with API basics, cloud concepts (AWS), analytics tools, experiment design, and serverless computing.
