Role Overview

The Customer Onboarding System Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for customers in line with global compliance regulations. Reporting to the Compliance Operations Director, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical and operational aspects of the Compliance Operations system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point for technical and operational system support.
  • Implement system changes and updates based on user requirements.
  • Work with the Salesforce team and Sales Operations on new processes and reports.
  • Collaborate with Billing and Legal to ensure accurate agreement details.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and maintain SLAs.

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 years experience in IT systems and implementations.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Experience in fintech or global high-tech companies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
