About the Billing Reimbursement Specialist Role

Nayax is a global fintech leader listed on NASDAQ and TASE. We provide cashless payment, consumer engagement, and business management solutions for the unattended retail sector. Our Finance team is seeking a Billing Reimbursement Specialist to manage reimbursement processes for North American customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarize receivables balances, verify totals, and prepare reports.
  • Manage payouts for clients and serve as the customer's contact for billing inquiries via email and SalesForce cases.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies, calculate underpayments, and apply adjustments.
  • Upload files to SAP and ensure reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Prepare month-end close tasks and support audit requests.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance or bank environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluent English.
  • Strong attention to numerical details, multitasking, and deadline management.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours with a hybrid schedule including 2 US night shifts per week.
