Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within scope. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project execution, from initial planning to final delivery, leveraging Agile methodologies and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with JIRA, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage complex technical projects across backend and frontend development cycles. You will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and clients, driving transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and manage workflows using JIRA with a focus on efficiency and transparency.
  • Configure workflows, manage dashboards, and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using MS Project and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to manage backend and frontend technical projects, including API workflows and module integration.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum principles across all project phases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking and Agile execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task assignment.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
  • Experience leading technical projects involving backend and frontend development stacks.
  • Familiarity with API workflows, development cycles, and system integration modules.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills with a track record of motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and experience creating detailed project documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
