We are seeking a full-time Senior SEO Specialist who is passionate about data and eager to join a multidisciplinary team. This role will involve defining and executing multi-channel SEO and Search strategies. You will be an integral part of a dynamic, innovative, client-oriented, and results-driven company, working on Enterprise projects for both Italian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior SEO Specialist

• Define Holistic Search Strategies and Multi-channel SEO approaches (Search Engine, LLM, etc.).
• Conduct trend analysis and vertical market analysis.
• Perform technical SEO analysis, including crawlability, indexability, performance, and structured data.
• Execute vertical analysis on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Analyze and support content activities, Digital PR, and Link Building initiatives.
• Collaborate on the development of automated workflows and data-driven processes.
• Create and define multi-channel dashboards.
• Manage direct client relationships and project management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the SEO field.
• Analytical approach with excellent capacity for analyzing and interpreting technical and business data.
• Solid knowledge of technical SEO.
• Proficient with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
• Experience with AI tools (API, monitoring tools, scraping, etc.) and LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
• Strong ownership over projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead projects within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
• Consultative orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to explain and represent complex concepts simply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO automations (Python, SQL, n8n).
• Knowledge of semantic models or NLP applied to content.
• Experience in enterprise, editorial contexts, or with large networks.
