Position Overview

The Integration Project Manager at Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. leads and coordinates integration activities stemming from mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. This role acts as the key connector among integration teams, leadership, data teams, and acquired entities, ensuring seamless operational, cultural, and strategic alignment. In addition to oversight, the role requires hands-on involvement in project tasks and deliverables.

Essential Functions

  • Oversee all integration project phases for timely execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, document discussions, and drive collaboration.
  • Partner with teams to resolve obstacles and keep engagement consistent.
  • Coordinate communications including training sessions and documentation.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Apply visual design tools to enhance documentation and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with project management platforms (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
  • Proven track record managing projects with software developers and technical contributors.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on team leadership in multi-department environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and proactive in process improvements.
  • Willingness to work outside traditional business hours when needed.
