Overview
Naughty Dog is seeking an IT Coordinator to support our studio's IT team. This temporary role is managed through our staffing partner, DZConnex and requires on-site attendance in Santa Monica, CA, five days a week.
About Naughty Dog
For 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting critically acclaimed games with a focus on interactive storytelling and innovative gameplay. Recently, titles such as The Last of Us Part I and Part II Remastered have been released, and the studio is now working on Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and organize IT hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, tagging, and inventory updates.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and return-to-studio workflows.
- Assist with IT projects, hardware refreshes and infrastructure upgrades.
- Generate monthly reports and maintain IT documentation.
- Serve as liaison with vendors, Finance and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in project management or operations in IT.
- Expertise in IT asset tracking systems and inventory management.
- Experience with data-driven reporting tools like Excel, Tableau, and more.
- Familiarity with Windows environments, Active Directory, and ticket systems.
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.

The position also offers benefit packages including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Note: Pay is hourly, ranging from $25 to $34 USD.
