About the Technical Account Manager Role

Position Overview

In this role, you will be the client’s first point of contact for Product and Delivery. Working closely with a Customer Success Manager, you will represent the BaaS organisation to our enterprise clients and drive technical and project delivery engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Own engagement from Initiation, Launch, to Run of financial products.
  • Manage technical relationships and advise on product best practices.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning and risk management.
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Operations and Compliance teams.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and lead design discussions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence future roadmaps.
  • Establish governance frameworks and manage client reporting.

The Skills You'll Need

Experience in Technical Account Management within FinTech, payments, or BaaS is essential. You should have exceptional client management skills and the ability to negotiate technical and commercial discussions. A deep understanding of RESTful APIs, white-labelled front-end applications, system integrations, and microservices is required.

Additional advantageous experience includes work in a scale-up environment, UK banking regulations, KYC/AML, embedded finance use cases, familiarity with Open Banking standards, and cloud-native architecture.
