About the Role

Within CIB IT and Operations, you will join the GBCR - Data Management & BI - ESG & GWF team as an IT Business Analyst. This team is dedicated to ESG data management, specifically its collection, historization, and distribution, to meet the growing needs of various use cases. A key focus is the Green Weighting Factor (GWF), a crucial indicator for steering CIB's climate trajectory and a differentiator for Natixis CIB against competitors. Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is committed to aligning its financing portfolio with a carbon neutrality trajectory by 2050, supporting clients in reducing the environmental impact of their activities.

Your day-to-day missions will include:

• Interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders and maintaining a calm environment.
• Understanding and challenging business needs.
• Anticipating necessary changes and their consequences.
• Coordinating development teams.
• Ensuring projects adhere to scope (costs, deadlines, performance).

As an IT Business Analyst, you will participate in the evolving maintenance of the ESG & GWF ecosystem applications and the implementation of new projects. These projects will enrich the ecosystem with new functionalities, such as expanding the GWF's scope, implementing new industries, and developing new methodologies and indicators. You will also interact with external organizations. You will work in an international environment within a community of experts who prioritize excellence, impact, and collective action. Profile and Required Skills

With a higher education in IT (Bac + 5 / Master or equivalent), you have at least 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in data management, ideally in investment banking (CIB).

You master:

You are:

• Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and very good listening ability.
• Proactive and a source of proposals.
• Possessing an excellent analytical mind.
