Job Description

Sales Associate - Optical responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, meeting sales objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. You will maintain the Ready When Promised production board, answer phones following company protocol, and handle customer service complaints efficiently.

• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses (state law permitting).
• Perform insertion and removal training for contact lenses when directed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to learn optical-specific knowledge. Must be able to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours) and work effectively in a store environment.
