Job Description
Position Summary
The Implementation Specialist supports the customer life cycle for Harmony Academy partners, including partner engagement and training. This role is focused on facilitating professional learning and development for K-12 providers to improve their social and emotional learning (SEL) competence. The role also involves working with the regional Account Manager and/or Account Executive to ensure implementation success across the Harmony Curriculum and Harmony Professional Learning products.
Essential Functions
- Complete product certification and onboarding ensuring correct processes and content delivery.
- Develop expertise in Harmony Curriculum, Professional Learning product, and SEL content.
- Manage multiple partner engagements within an assigned region.
- Identify and support professional learning through surveys, interviews, and consultations.
- Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans with partners.
- Deliver trainings and evaluate them through feedback and surveys.
- Support professional learning events including summits, PLCs, and district series.
- Assist in developing training, coaching, and certification program content.
- Maintain accurate training metrics and records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum three years coaching, mentoring or training experience required and five years of teaching experience preferred. Experience in customer service, adult learning theories, project management and technology-driven environments is also desirable.

- Ability to analyze surveys and deliver well-formulated business reports.

Additional Details
This position is remote with up to 50% travel required. Applicants must currently reside in Los Angeles County. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, within the provided salary range.
