Position Summary
The Healthcare Administration Program Coordinator II at National University provides essential administrative support for the School of Health Professions’ healthcare administration programs, including the BSHA, MHA, and DHA. The role is responsible for daily operations, clear communication, data management, and coordination of program activities ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and accreditation compliance.
Essential Functions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Academic Program Directors and programs.
- Act as primary contact for students and manage communications.
- Oversee program data management, reporting key metrics and accreditation self-studies.
- Coordinate integrative experiences including student orientations, scheduling, and documentation.
- Recruit students for integrative experience programs and track progress.
- Manage monthly/quarterly reporting for state compliance related to site placements.
- Support study abroad recruitment and manage necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate meeting minutes and support collaborative decision-making.
- Coordinate Advisory Board activities including scheduling, agenda preparation, and record keeping.
- Staff conference booths and support event planning.
- Manage administrative aspects of accreditation self-studies and site visits.
- Assist with planning and presenting the Awards Ceremony.

Requirements
A minimum of five (5) years administrative support experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare administration or business administration related field is preferred along with experience in a higher education setting and familiarity with HIPAA and FERPA.

Travel & Compensation
This is a remote position with minimal travel required. Compensation is hourly ranging from $27.85 to $36.20, commensurate with experience.
