Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence Office

Reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Technology Officer, you will support in building and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant healthcare applications that integrate with electronic health records (EHRs), AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Python, HTML, and ReactJS.
  • Design and implement modern JavaScript front-end interfaces.
  • Collaborate with design and cross-functional teams for optimal solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered healthcare solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST.
  • Integrate AI and machine learning models into clinical workflows.
  • Mentor junior developers and maintain technical documentation.

Technical Environment

  • Backend languages: Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js.
  • Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js.
  • APIs: RESTful and GraphQL.
  • Healthcare Data Standards: HL7, FHIR, DICOM.
  • Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
  • Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, Fargate, DynamoDB, CloudWatch), Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field, plus 5+ years experience in software development in healthcare technology. Must be proficient in backend and frontend development with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
