Position: Legal Manager


National Realty Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Manager to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, along with expertise in real estate and society matters. This role requires a proactive professional who can provide legal support across business operations, ensure compliance, and safeguard the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including lease agreements, sale deeds, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and support on matters related to real estate transactions, property laws, and society-related issues (housing societies, cooperative societies, RERA compliance, etc.).
  • Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and government bodies as required.
  • Conduct legal research and keep the company updated on changes in laws, regulations, and policies impacting the real estate sector.
  • Assist in dispute resolution, litigation management, and preparing case briefs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support management in decision-making by providing clear, practical legal opinions.

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university; additional qualifications (LL.M., CS) will be an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate or corporate legal practice.
