Overview
The People Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a dual role in supporting the success of our manufacturing facility. You will drive efficient HR operations and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for National Pen.
People Operations Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations and compliance.
- Assist with performance management, development planning, and training coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Track and report recruiting metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
