About the Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster Role

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking an experienced Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. This role focuses on investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, as well as negotiating claims within authority limits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate advanced auto claims including coverage, liability, and damages.
  • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims.
  • Identify vehicle body parts and assess property damage.
  • Determine subrogation or fraud potential in claims.
  • Apply experience from Adjuster II level or specialty rotations.

Experience & Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred. Candidates must be located in the Pacific Time Zone (CA, NV, OR, WA, AZ) or be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours, even if located elsewhere. No supervisory duties are involved in this position.
