Overview

The Business Manager, Digital Operations role at NFL is a strategic and data-driven position within the NFL Media Business Operations team. It serves as a nexus between NFL Media business units and shared services such as Finance and HR. The role focuses on connecting spend to outcomes across digital business initiatives including e-commerce, digital marketing, content operations, and subscription services.

Responsibilities

Investment & Initiative Mapping: Track and organize digital media platform initiatives, connect investments, vendor contracts, resources, and outputs; maintain records; and prepare for leadership investment reviews through a scalable process.

Planning & ROI Enablement: Support scenario planning, lead monthly and quarterly investment reviews, contribute data-backed inputs into annual planning, and surface investment opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between digital, DTC, content, product, and vendor management teams, ensuring transparency and alignment in investment decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth digital or consumer brands, media, entertainment, or technology industries.
  • Understanding of subscription models, digital funnels, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Expertise in ROI analysis, vendor management, and resource allocation.

Job Details

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. The election of this role is onsite at an NFL office or stadium location; remote and hybrid options are not available. No relocation assistance is provided.
