National Development is looking for a full-time Leasing Consultant at Peninsula Apartments in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for people and apartment living, and an enthusiastic desire to create a sense of community among residents and team members. You will instill a sense of National Development pride in everyone you interact with.

Our portfolio features suburban settings to downtown towers with quality construction, engaging programs, first-rate amenities, and a personal touch in residential management.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with prospective residents: schedule appointments, conduct tours, and process leasing.
• Handle administrative tasks including lease generation, file maintenance, and correspondence.
• Prepare and submit weekly leasing reports.
• Plan and execute resident events to promote community engagement.
• Manage social media presence in collaboration with the internal marketing team.
• Foster strong relationships with residents to deliver a first-class experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Proficiency with industry software such as YARDI.
• Familiarity with social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Experience with revenue management platforms (YieldStar preferred).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
