Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a Director of Organic Growth to lead and expand the company's organic digital presence across search, social media, influencer marketing, and reputation management. The role focuses on developing and executing a best-in-class organic content strategy to drive growth, build brand affinity, and foster long-term engagement and trust.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Leadership: Develop and lead the strategy for all organic channels including SEO, Organic Social, Influencer Marketing, and Reputation Management. Manage a cross-functional team, set priorities, define objectives, and build workflows for content delivery.

Channel Ownership: Improve visibility and performance in organic and AI-driven search environments, oversee planning and publishing for Organic Social, develop influencer program strategy, and manage online reputation efforts.

Performance and Reporting: Define and track KPIs, build regular reporting cadences, and partner with analytics and media teams to inform planning and investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Product Marketing, Paid Media, and Legal teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance. Act as the subject matter expert on organic content strategy.

Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on digital trends, test new content formats, and explore strategic partnerships to drive engagement and brand relevance.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in digital marketing with a focus on organic growth channels and 5 years leading teams. Proven track record in SEO, Organic Social, and Content Strategy with strong leadership, excellent communication, and analytical skills.

Compensation Information

The salary range for this position is $153,500 to $176,500 annually, determined by role, location, skills, experience, education, and training.
