Role Overview - Principal Court Management Consultant
The Principal Court Management Consultant on the Access to Justice team offers advanced management consulting and technical assistance to state and local courts. This role leads projects, provides guidance on court processes, and engages in business development while forging professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual and on-site technical assistance to court teams.
- Lead project teams, mentor staff, and manage budgets.
- Analyze data, court rules, and policies to recommend solutions.
- Develop proposals and grant applications for new work.
- Represent NCSC at local, state, and national meetings.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Expertise in court administration and access to justice issues.
- Proven proposal writing and project management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Benefits & Compensation
This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid leave, training, and more. The annual salary starts between $99,840 and $140,000 based on experience and education.
