Position Summary

The Digital Content Analyst role involves researching and analyzing content performance across NBA social platforms and DTC assets.

Major Responsibilities

• Research and analyze content performance on social and DTC platforms.
• Assist in daily, weekly, and ad hoc reporting of content performance.
• Identify and communicate key insights to optimize content performance.
• Translate complex insights to leadership in a clear manner.
• Develop statistical models and data-based frameworks for content impact measurement.
• Partner with data strategy teams to create automated dashboards in Tableau and Hex.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and process documentation.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Exposure to SQL and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of BI and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode).
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in demanding timeframes in a dynamic environment.
• A passion for the NBA is a plus.

Education & Compensation

Bachelor's degree or related field is required. The position offers a biweekly salary of $2,885.

Work Option & Company Information

The NBA allows eligible employees to work remotely one day per week. The role may require onsite presence in New York and New Jersey offices where COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
