National Airlines, a division of National Air Cargo Group Inc, operates passenger charter services, military and commercial air cargo carriages worldwide using 747-400 and A-330 aircraft. The Travel Consultant assists crew schedulers and staff with travel arrangements, reconciles travel charges, and ensures policy compliance.

Essential Functions

  • Assist Crew Schedulers with booking travel for NAL staff, including new hires and training journeys.
  • Book travel via Concur travel tool, dedicated travel management companies, or direct vendors.
  • Handle re-bookings and cancellations due to charter flight changes.
  • Perform daily verifications of travel arrangements against rosters and policies.
  • Monitor bookings to avoid double bookings and manage special travel requests.
  • Communicate critical travel updates to crew and vendors.
  • Support compliance with travel policies alongside the Corporate Travel Manager.
  • Address crew travel inquiries and resolve last-minute changes or customer service issues.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position at the Orlando, FL Corporate Office, requiring flexibility for a 24/7 operation. Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
