Position Summary
The Strategic Account Manager New England will provide clinical insight and technical educational support on the applications of Natera's products, delivering technical training in hospital environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Educate and recruit Strategic Accounts and Lab Partners for Natera’s tests.
- Develop expertise in Natera’s technology and service offerings.
- Engage with KOL physicians, Medical Directors, and Healthcare Leaders.
- Develop strategic business plans and coordinate regional tactics.
- Establish strong relationships with key customer segments.
- Comply with HIPAA/PHI training requirements and policies.
- Travel frequently (50%+) for on-site training and meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business and successful sales management experience with proven revenue growth, especially in women's and reproductive health.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Proven leader with strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills, capable of creating and implementing effective sales strategies and driving exceptional revenue growth.
Compensation & Benefits
