About the Role

The Product Analyst - Real World Data at Natera is responsible for becoming an expert on multimodal data and delivering insights using advanced analytical skills. You will support end-to-end dashboard development in Amazon QuickSight, capturing stakeholder needs and iterating based on feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Extract insights using SQL, Excel, and other tools.
  • Develop and maintain data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using QuickSight, Python, and R.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for data products.
  • Drive continuous improvement by defining best practices and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • 3+ years experience in product, data, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and modern data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
  • Experience in developing customer-facing dashboards via QuickSight or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R for analytical modeling.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with ETL technologies and data management platforms.
  • Understanding of various healthcare data modalities.
