Your Role
As the Senior Investor Relations Product Analyst, you will support Nasdaq Corporate Access Platforms by addressing client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat. You will serve as a subject matter expert for desktop and mobile-based Investor Relations workflow products.
Responsibilities
- Provide reactive and proactive client support across multiple channels.
- Participate in outreach campaigns to highlight new features.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists and Account Managers for client success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data inquiries.
- Document and track all interactions in Nasdaq's CRM system.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Investor Relations industry and best practices.
What We Expect
- BS/BA in Business or Finance with a minimum of 3 years in client-focused roles.
- Understanding of Financial Markets with excellent presentation skills.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency with remote tools like Zoom.
- Willingness to work US business hours (night shift) and at least twice weekly in office.
