As a Full Stack Software Engineer Senior Specialist, you will be a member of a cross-functional team, delivering critical data solutions for financial markets around the globe. As a Full Stack Software Engineer Specialist, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.- You will be responsible for the development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
- Be involved in the full software development life cycle, from planning and designing to coding and testing.
- Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Also be responsible for providing user support and training.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications.
- Serve as a technical expert on development projects.
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
- Participate in software design meetings and perform code reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Java - at least 6-8 years of experience as a Java software engineer.
- Web development - JavaScript, React & Single-Page Web application experience.
- AWS experience.
- SQL, RESTful APIs, Spring and Spring Boot expertise.
- Proficiency with Linux commands and utilities including Bash scripting.
- Kotlin experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that enable you to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Good communication and collaboration skills that enable you to work well with other developers, partners, and users.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends that help you improve your skills and knowledge.
