About the Role

The Executive Assistant - Nasdaq Listings role is designed to provide primary administrative support to two senior executives within Nasdaq’s Global Listings Team. This position involves managing hectic schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and ensuring office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and follow processes to maximize business efficiencies.
  • Provide administrative support to SVPs and their teams.
  • Manage executive and customer communications confidentially.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and manage facility needs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in business software, especially MS Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in complex diary management using MS Outlook.
  • Conversational Mandarin is a bonus.
