Associate Brand Manager at Napco National

As an Associate Brand Manager at Napco National, you will be instrumental in developing and sustaining our brand profile and architecture through insightful market research and strategic product development. This role involves coordinating a wide range of marketing and product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate market research projects to generate new insights, crucial for developing and maintaining the brand's profile and architecture.
  • Lead product development projects, collaborating with R&D under the guidance of the Brand Manager, to ensure the successful execution of approved brand plans and timely updates to the category team.
  • Innovate and propose new product ideas, aiming to extend the brand's reach both vertically with new SKUs and horizontally into new categories, thereby achieving target market share objectives.
  • Initiate and oversee competitive product testing, including lab analysis, in-use, or panel tests, to identify market gaps and opportunities, and devise action plans to ensure product consistency with brand positioning.
  • Propose and coordinate innovative promotional tools, online initiatives, marketing events, and PR plans to foster strong consumer relationships and achieve brand growth within allocated budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate in-store and in-mall actions, ensuring alignment with overall Brand Direction.
  • Coordinate approved packaging graphics projects with creative teams and suppliers to meet timelines for product launches.
  • Perform comprehensive price analysis for new products/SKUs and for price increases, maintaining an up-to-date price list.
  • Analyze retail audit reports (e.g., AC Nielsen, Key Accounts) to monitor brand market share, track competitive activities, and propose corrective actions to meet growth targets.
  • Develop and execute social media communication and editorial campaigns across all platforms, adhering to the yearly calendar and collaborating with the digital marketing team.
  • Prepare and present monthly closing reports detailing brand performance and project updates.
  • Conduct timely market visits and recommend corrective actions based on observations.
