Overview
The Solutions Analyst Architect will drive Nanyang Business School’s digital transformation by designing and implementing automation and data-driven solutions across academic, administrative, and research units at NTU.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Solution Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and data needs, translate requirements into functional and technical designs, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Automation & Intelligent Solutions: Design and implement workflow automation, RPA, and intelligent document processing; support AI-enabled capabilities to enhance data quality and analytics.
- Data & Analytics Enablement: Develop data marts, dashboards, and analytical datasets to support reporting, accreditation, strategic decision-making; integrate data across multiple sources.
- Delivery & Governance: Manage solution delivery lifecycle including testing and deployment, and ensure proper compliance with data governance and security standards.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred. 5–8 years relevant experience in solutions analysis, automation, data analytics or technology consulting is required along with technical proficiency in Python, SQL, RPA tools, and BI platforms.
