Global Talent Acquisition Specialist - Namecheap, Inc.
As the Global Talent Acquisition team, we create the first impression of Namecheap for future teammates. Our goal is to connect great people with meaningful career opportunities while supporting the company’s continued growth. We are currently looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to take ownership of end-to-end hiring projects and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave and is fully remote.
Our team operates as a true 360° recruiting function. You will own your requisitions from kickoff to offer, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will manage both the strategic and operational sides of recruitment independently. We do not rely on recruitment coordinators or research assistants, which means full ownership of your hiring projects and clear visibility of your impact.

What will you do:
- Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of roles and internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with hiring managers, including intake meetings, interview processes, and offer negotiations
- Source, headhunt, and screen candidates across multiple channels to build strong talent pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
- Coordinate interview stages and ensure a smooth hiring process for candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (i.e. market mapping, salary benchmarking, talent mapping)
What will you bring:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Engineering, Product, and Marketing domains
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid experience with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- A curious, flexible mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with recruitment data and reporting to support decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset, transparency, and bias for action
