Your Mission - Head of Growth

As the Head of Growth, you will lead and scale NALA’s global user growth covering acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy working alongside Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Ownership: Define global growth strategy across paid, organic, and product-led channels, build a growth roadmap, own brand positioning and regional campaigns, set goals and budgets, and align strategies with company objectives.

Team Building & Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing growth team across performance, lifecycle, analytics, and experimentation; establish processes and KPIs; hire and develop talent.

Execution & Measurement: Launch and optimize campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO, referral, influencer, emerging channels); build scalable growth processes and measurement systems; manage metrics such as CAC, LTV, and revenue impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering to integrate growth loops, partner with regional leads for localized strategies, and contribute to company-wide planning and OKRs.

Must-have Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C technology companies at scale.
  • Strong track record of optimizing CAC, retention, and LTV.
  • Experience in hiring and leading cross-functional growth teams.
  • Deep analytical skills, expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Effective communication and influence at the executive level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments, FX, or remittance.
  • Previous founder experience.
  • Background in data analytics or growth operations.

Success Metrics

3-month: Deliver a full growth diagnostic, launch initial experiments, finalize hiring plan, establish operating cadence.

6-month: Run weekly growth sprints, scale experiments, report on growth impact, and actively contribute to strategic planning.

  • 30-minute interview with the Talent Team.
  • 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • 1-hour assessment and review interview.
  • 45-minute leadership interview.
