What you will be doing
We are offering a unique internship where you can work on engineering the best outbound system leveraging the smartest outreach approaches & tools on the market.- Scaling our email infrastructure from being able to send a million emails per year to millions per month - we want to engage with all top-tier talents and are building the agentic infrastructure for it
- Set up different tests and analyse results
- Continuously refining our AI copy & prompts to optimise conversion over time
- Building lead lists and segmenting the TAM
Requirements
- Experience in building lead lists and email campaigns - ideally in Clay, Instantly and similar tools
- Experience in prompt engineering / refinement
- Ideally engineering experience (APIs, vibe coding etc)
- Worked in fast-paced environments (e.g. start-ups, consulting, VC)
- Enjoy handling multiple projects in parallel, balancing chaos
- Open for the start-up grind (currently working 7 days a week)
