E-Commerce Manager Responsibilities
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth for our clients. You will not just deliver concepts but achieve tangible results, directly impacting revenue curves. This role involves deep analysis of online shops and KPIs, developing and implementing data-driven optimization strategies, and acting as a strategic partner to E-Commerce Leads and management.
Key Tasks Include:
- In-depth analysis of online shops and KPIs (revenue, CVR, AOV, etc.) to identify untapped potential and derive concrete actions.
- Development and implementation of data-driven optimization strategies with measurable success.
- Consulting at the decision-maker level, working closely with E-Commerce Leads and management.
- Managing external service providers (marketing and tech agencies), coordinating, prioritizing, and ensuring excellent results.
- Creating and maintaining implementation roadmaps and providing directional feedback to UX teams for continuous improvement of user experience.
- Independently managing 3-5 client accounts, understanding their goals, and identifying key drivers for success.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- At least 3 years of E-Commerce experience, ideally in the D2C environment.
- A solid understanding of shop KPIs, Google Analytics, and marketing funnels.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills across all levels, from junior managers to executive leadership.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, identifying opportunities for maximum impact.
- Nice to have: Practical experience with Shopify, Shopware, or Klaviyo, and experience managing agencies.
