Role Overview: Senior Engineer, Functional Consultant (Workday)
This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday HCM modules with focus on Talent and Performance modules, including goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Map client requirements with design and implementation.
- Define guidelines for non-functional requirements during projects.
- Review design documents and provide architecture feedback.
- Carry out POCs for design validation.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Workday HCM modules.
- Strong expertise in Talent and Performance modules.
- Experience with Workday reporting, security, integrations and Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
