Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer with 6-9 years of experience, and optionally 2-4 years in the manufacturing domain. This role requires hands-on experience with shop floor operations, production planning, and systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP. You will be proficient in industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus) and capable of bridging OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction. Applied experience with OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies is essential for driving measurable gains in yield, uptime, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement RAG pipelines using Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API.
- Integrate generative AI into enterprise cloud environments.
- Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders.
- Utilize Python, R, and SQL for AI/LLM development.
- Bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction using industrial protocols.
