Job Description

Requirements:

  • 10+ years total experience
  • Strong Salesforce QA expertise across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
  • Proficient in testing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, workflows, Process Builders, and Flows
  • Expert in API testing (REST/SOAP) and third-party integrations
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Provar, Copado, TestNG, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Copado, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, HP ALM)
  • Experience with data migration testing, ETL, and backend SQL/database validation
  • Excellent communication and global team collaboration

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze functional requirements and client needs
  • Design comprehensive solutions using appropriate technologies and frameworks
  • Lead/support UAT and production roll outs
  • Estimate work efforts and provide constructive feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs
  • Conduct POCs to validate design decisions

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
