Role Overview: Senior Engineer, Functional Consultant (Workday)

This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday HCM modules with focus on Talent and Performance modules, including goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Map client requirements with design and implementation.
  • Define guidelines for non-functional requirements during projects.
  • Review design documents and provide architecture feedback.
  • Carry out POCs for design validation.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with Workday HCM modules.
  • Strong expertise in Talent and Performance modules.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, security, integrations and Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
